Care Coordinator-Float - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Care Coordinator will support the clinic and physician care team by providing administrative and patient care services.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm out of our Plymouth, Maple Grove, and Robbinsdale locations, with occasional travel to Brooklyn Park, Blaine, Otsego and Edina locations.

Twin Cities Orthopedicsis an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
