Job description
The Lead Repair Engineer is the technical leader within Vecima’s Repair Center, responsible for diagnosing complex product issues, driving root-cause investigations, and improving product reliability and repair processes. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Technical Support teams, this role develops repair strategies, supports new product introductions, mentors technicians, and ensures repair operations meet high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This position combines hands-on troubleshooting, engineering expertise, and technical leadership to support operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
