Job description
The Contracts Specialist delivers compliance solutions for contracts and related regulated documents for the products of One. America. This includes collaborating with business lines on the drafting, compilation, and submittal of new or modified policy forms and ensuring compliance with varying state requirements. The position requires knowledge of policy regulations and standards, research methodologies, competitor and industry trends, and product history.
This role analyzes, responds to and resolves filing issues as they arise. The Specialist coordinates with product implementation teams to ensure proper, timely, and smooth implementation of approved products, related regulated documents, and any changes to those items.
