Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and learning end-to-end talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and hiring processes.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure recruitment records are accurate and up to date. Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms. Support the recruitment team with offer rollouts, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics. Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best hiring practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final-year students may also apply, if applicable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus. Good organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
