We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences in a serene environment Your Role & Responsibilities As our Spa Therapist, you will provide professional, engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments tailored to our guests You will: Deliver high-quality wellness treatments including various massage modalities, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing Consult with guests safely by enquiring about medical conditions or allergies, explaining treatment details, and offering suitable wellness recommendation Maintain a pristine treatment environment by cleaning, sanitising work areas, changing linens, and sterilising equipment before every use Promote spa services, retail products, special packages, and active promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue Manage administrative and stock duties, keeping detailed records of therapies, reporting stock shortages, and caring for equipment to control costs Host guests outside of the traditional spa environment and assist with general lodge operations when requested by management Requirements Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Somatology or an equivalent field Licence: Valid Driver’s Licence Experience: Minimum of 4 years of traceable hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar environment Certifications: A valid First Aid certificate is highly advantageous Skills: Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, multiple massage techniques, and basic computer operation Attributes: A positive attitude, a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to stand for extended periods while working independently Benefits Basic Salary: R8,500 per month.

Variable Income: Commission on treatments and product sales, plus guest tips. Accommodation: live-in accommodation provided on-site. Meals: 1 nutritious meal per day while on duty. Work Cycle: A standard lodge rotation of 21 days on / 7 days off
