Product Knowledge: OTC Derivatives- Interest Rate Derivative/Credit Derv/Equity Derv/FX Derv/Commodity Derv, as appropriate for the teams. Responsible for draftng, reviewing and point of contact between FO/Sales , Legal and client upon requests Ensuring all process of Confirmation and Matching are completed on a timely basis Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management Ability to handle, escalate & resolve queries in a timely manner To provide training sessions to new joiners and existing partners in the team To actively work on identifying and implementing process improvements in consultation with the Supervisor To manage the sensitive clients and escalate to managers/FO in order to meet Fed Target To have a good level of knowledge of Legal environment and wording to handle requests of amendments from the counterparties Ensuring all process of Confirmation and Matching are completed on a timely basis Involved in the various systems implementation (UAT, testing, migrations…) as well as major processes review. Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management

Ensures Day to day SLA & Quality parameters are met. Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on a daily basis Actively be involved in creating/ capturing process updates/ workflows pertaining to business & process To actively be involved in creating/ capturing process updates/ workflows pertaining to business & process To perform route cause analysis of errors and suggest/ implement controls in consultation with the Supervisor/ Manager To initiate and lead team building activities within the team To actively participate in Audits/ BCP exercises and to help the supervisor to ensure awareness in the team To assist the supervisor/ Manager in conducting Risk/ BCP/ Compliance awareness sessions

Main competencies ****

o Good understanding of one or two of the product (EQD,CTY, FX/MM/IRD/CDS/Options) is imperative.

o Understanding Regulatory Environment-DFA

o Expected to work at all times with the highest level of accuracy and rigor to minimize operational loss.

o Close working relationships with Front office teams is essential.

o High level of communication and close working relationship with team members.

o Willingness to train on new products/activities/tools.

o Expected to be pro-active and keen to improve processes.

o Availability to work shift patterns if required.

o Ability to work under pressure in an environment where timely resolution to problems is a key element to success

o Flexibility and desire to broaden skill set.

o Ability to train and work on several IT systems throughout the day.
