What You'll Do

Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process Build relationships with new and repeat customers Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads Negotiate and present financing and vehicle options Maintain CRM and customer records Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Qualifications Automotive sales experience preferred (some dealership sales experience required) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Earning potential up to $120,000 per year 5-day work week Competitive commission and bonus structure Large inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Supportive management team Full benefits package available
