Job description

Represents and supports the Co-Founder & COO. Plans, leads, and executes initiatives, internal and external. Will be closely working with the Co-Founder & COO, analysing discussions, and actions and helping maintain communication across the entire organization. This is a unique opportunity to learn & grow to leadership roles by experiencing things first-hand.

Achieving success in this role relies on exceptional management skills and an understanding of the organization’s operations. The ideal candidate should have over 1 year of experience in strategy or operations consulting, or similar roles, with a proven track record of success both professionally and academically.

Key Responsibilities

Work on strategic &/or operational initiatives identified from time to time. Conduct research and analysis, as required for new initiatives, market trends, and potential opportunities. Help setup systems resulting from strategic initiatives, example to track quarterly, and annual targets as identified from time to time, related to revenue, operational efficiencies etc.

Coordinate with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of initiatives/projects, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. These projects will have organization wise impact. Develop and maintain plans to monitor progress, schedules, and track the work streams to closure Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Requirements A bachelor’s degree or master's degree from premier B School &/or Engineering College Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels Professional, positive, collegial demeanour; collaborative relationship builder Ability to structure situations, good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
