Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Design & Development Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions, including: AI agents Chatbots Intelligent automation workflows Build scalable and production-ready AI systems ? LLM Integration & NLP Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Cohere, open-source models) into Java/Spring applications Enable capabilities such as: Natural Language Processing (NLP) Decision-making systems Predictive analytics ?

Collaboration & Strategy Work with cross-functional teams: Developers Data scientists Product managers Define AI strategy, roadmap, and technical requirements ? Performance & Scalability Optimize AI workflows for: Scalability Performance Cost-efficiency Leverage Oracle databases for data storage and retrieval ? Mentorship & Innovation Mentor junior developers Promote best practices in AI/ML development Foster a culture of innovation ?

Continuous Learning Stay updated with emerging AI technologies Evaluate new tools and frameworks for business use cases ?
