Job description
Summary: The Performance Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving scalable, data-led paid acquisition strategies across key digital platforms. Reporting to the marketing leadership team, this individual will own the full lifecycle of performance campaigns—from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting—ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and efficient customer acquisition.
With a sharp analytical mindset and a creative edge, the ideal candidate will leverage real-time performance data to refine campaigns, test innovative approaches, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is critical in shaping the company’s growth trajectory through high-impact, scalable digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing bids, budgets, and targeting to consistently meet CPA and ROAS goals. Design and execute structured A/B tests for ad creatives, copy variations, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio, translating data into actionable insights. Ensure accurate tracking across the user journey using UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels; identify and resolve funnel drop-offs. Collaborate closely with the creative team to guide content development based on performance data, focusing on UGC, static, and motion creatives.
Own monthly ad budget allocation, pacing spend efficiently to maximize ROI while staying within financial targets.
Requirements
2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in managing paid acquisition campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with strong understanding of full-funnel campaign strategies. Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager for data analysis and tracking implementation.
Demonstrated ability to drive ROAS and CPA improvements through optimization and experimentation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design and product teams.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of making quick, data-informed decisions under pressure.
