Responsibilities

Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and educate patients on their medication regimen.

Treatment Implementation: Implement prescribed treatments, such as IV therapy and catheter care. Patient Education: Provide patient and family education on disease management, prevention, and self-care. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and interventions. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers. Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and compassion to patients and their families during challenging times.

Requirements

Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.

Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
