Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our client, a leading firm in wealth management, as a Regional Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the region's overall business performance, managing a team of wealth managers, and building robust relationships with HNI clients. The role requires strategic planning, business development, and ensuring seamless service delivery to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and client needs to expand the client base. Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with organizational objectives. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Oversee the acquisition of HNI/UHNI clients and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client service.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to maximize wallet share. Conduct periodic reviews with clients to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth managers to drive performance excellence. Set performance benchmarks, monitor progress, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-centricity within the team. Product & Portfolio Advisory: Ensure the team provides clients with a comprehensive suite of wealth management products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIF, insurance, and structured products. Monitor client portfolios and ensure optimal asset allocation based on risk profiles and financial objectives.

Collaborate with product teams to design and implement innovative solutions for clients. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical practices in all operations. Monitor client transactions and ensure proper documentation to mitigate risks. Stay updated on compliance requirements and provide training to the team.

Requirements

Proven track record in wealth management, with deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and retention. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performance team. In-depth knowledge of financial products, portfolio management, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to market dynamics and align strategies to achieve business objectives. Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
