Job description
The Senior HR Generalist serves as the primary, on-the-ground HR resource for Cornerstone Capital Bank's Colorado-based servicing/contact center environment, and acts as the main liaison between the contact center and Corporate HR. This role is grounded in Colorado employment law and delivers hands-on support across wage & hour compliance, compensation compliance, benefits administration, leave coordination, PTO administration, and employee relations.
The Senior HR Generalist ensures consistent, compliant, and locally responsive HR practices across the servicing population.
