The Relationship Banker delivers comprehensive financial advice to current and prospective clients by assessing their financial needs and offering solutions to help clients achieve their current and future goals. Relationship Bankers are experts in marketing Alerus solutions to existing and prospective clients through daily interaction, outbound calling efforts, and networking opportunities.
Relationship Bankers may also assist with service and maintenance requests, teller transactions, business account support, and other transactional needs to drive overall success of Alerus.
