Job description
• Engage proactively with prospective customers at designated kiosk locations.
- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Female Candidate preferred Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Enthusiasm for learning new products and sales techniques.
- Fluency in English and Bengali is required.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
