Domestic Energy Assessor

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people who are passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency and are looking to begin a career as a Domestic Energy Assessor. Salary: £27,000 basic with additional uncapped commission structure based on job numbers - £35000 OTE Location: Richmond/Kingston Borough Hours: Monday-Friday 8.

30am-6pm Key Responsibilities Carry out Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements and industry standards Produce RICS compliant floor plans and accurate EPCs within set turnaround times* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations and energy efficienc y standards Liaise with the Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients.

Return completed work to offices within required deadlines. * Full training will be provided, but candidate must be qualified to produce EPCs Requirements DipDEA qualified and accredited Full UK driving licence and car required Smart and well presented. Punctual and highly organized. Excellent customer service. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good general knowledge of the London Area. Confident with excellent communication skills. Skills Comfortable learning new computer skills. Eye for detail. Spatial Awareness. Capable of assessing challenges and independently determining effect solutions .
