Job Title Logistics Cost Controll Specialist Department Logistics Cost Control Part Time Type Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Settlement Specialist to join our team at Samsung SDS in Poznań. As part of a global leader in digital logistics solutions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth settlement processes, supporting our customers and service providers, and helping to drive operational excellence within the logistics field.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day cooperation with service providers and customers Executing settlement processes (AR/AP) in our Cello system Monitoring and controlling timely delivery performance Investigating and resolving settlement or payment discrepancies Verifying payments, analyzing data, and comparing tariffs to ensure accuracy and compliance Requirements University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transport (preferred) Very good command of English , both spoken and written Experience in a similar role in logistics, transport, or finance-related processes will be a strong asset Understanding of logistics operations, especially sea and road transport Strong Excel skills (shortcuts, formulas, macros) Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality A proactive attitude, customer focus, and drive for results What We Offer Ready to Join Us?
