Job Description — Procurement Executive (Packaging) Location: Ahmedabad Department: Procurement Experience: 4–5 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials. Execute strategic sourcing and vendor development activities. Conduct commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.

Evaluate quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and release purchase orders. Ensure timely material procurement aligned with operational requirements. Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Planning teams. Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and compliance standards. Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, and inventory coordination.

Identify alternate sourcing opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree mandatory. 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience. Prior exposure to FMCG, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry preferred. Strong expertise in vendor management and commercial negotiations. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
