Job description
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs in warehouse automation, intralogistics, and fleet orchestration, translating them into robust software solutions. Drive end-to-end software development and deployment for MRFMS, ensuring uptime, safety, and performance at scale. Stay ahead of robotics, IoT, AI/ML, ROS2, cloud orchestration, and digital twin trends, embedding these into product evolution.
Own and define the architecture strategy for multi-robot coordination, traffic control, routing, and interoperability. Provide hands-on technical leadership while mentoring teams on robotics algorithms, edge/cloud integration, and system resilience. Establish and enforce development standards, cybersecurity protocols, and testing frameworks.
Champion Agile SDLC, CI/CD automation, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps for continuous delivery.
Requirements
Role Expectations 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 7+ years in robotics, automation, or fleet management systems. Proven experience in robotics software (ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, cloud APIs) and fleet management platforms. Strong understanding of multi-robot orchestration, real-time distributed systems, optimization algorithms, and safety compliance.
Exposure to cutting-edge robotics technologies, IoT frameworks, and AI-driven optimization. Ability to contribute to innovation and thought leadership (patents, papers, or industry conferences).
