Life Adjustment Program Nurse - LPN or RN

We are hiring an RN or LPN for our Life Adjustment Program. This position is responsible for providing nursing services and case management to residents in accordance with their scope of practice under their Registered Nurse (RN) license or practice under their Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. We have 2 full-time schedules available for this position: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm OR Sunday-Thursday from 8a-4:30p. Will also need to participate in an on-call rotation. The LPN starting wage range is $27.35-$28.72 per hour. The RN starting wage is $35.35-$37.12 per hour. Accepting applications until 08/05/2026.
