Finance of America is looking for a Servicing Oversight Analyst professional to support effective monitoring of subservicer performance and ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and contractual requirements. This role conducts loan-level reviews, oversight testing, and risk assessments to identify trends, exceptions, and emerging risks.
Responsibilities include
analyzing performance metrics, resolving complex servicing issues, performing root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions. The position partners with internal teams and subservicers to strengthen controls, enhance operational integrity, and improve the borrower experience.
