Vice President, Physician Practice Management

The Vice President, Physician Practice Management is responsible for the operational, financial, and service performance of Woman's employed physician practices, advanced practice providers, and assigned clinic operations. Reporting to the Senior Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer, this leader partners with physicians, providers, and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include

optimizing practice operations, staffing, scheduling, patient access, clinic flow, productivity, revenue cycle, compliance, and financial performance; leading growth initiatives and practice integrations; fostering physician and employee engagement; and translating organizational strategy into operational excellence while advancing Woman's Mission, Vision, and Values.
