Job description
The Manufacturing Operator I (MFG OP I) is an entry-level production role responsible for supporting the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality rubber compounds. This position follows standardized operating procedures, maintains a clean and organized work area, and works closely with team members and supervisors to meet production, quality, and safety expectations.
As additional production processes and equipment are mastered, operators have opportunities to progress to Manufacturing Operator II, III, and IV, with corresponding pay increases.
