Job description
Responsibilities include
all facets of repairs and maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment including the laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC systems, electrical, painting and carpentry and pool/spa maintenance. Assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager in the turnover from construction to finished product. Responsible for the administration, and completion of all work orders and schedules to department personnel.
