Your Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency and presentation standards. Supervise and motivate chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods. Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing waste to maximize kitchen efficiency. Help train and develop junior members of the kitchen team.
What We're Looking For
Experienced in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens. Strong leaders with excellent organisational and communication skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. Calm under pressure, reliable, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
