How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for Software Development Engineers in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities + Design,prototype, and demonstrate new software features and components of front-endand back-end to users to ensure compliance with requirements.

Assist inthe design, implementation, and optimization of related technical approaches,tools, and workflows. + Collaboratewith the technical teams, business teams, and product managers to ensure thatthe software code that is developed meets their vision. + Designsoftware solutions to meet functional and technical requirements.

Align to. Security/Compliance frameworks and controls requirements. + Own qualityposture. + Writeautomated tests, ideally before writing code, and write code. + Developdelivery pipelines and automated deployment scripts. + Configureservices, such as databases and monitoring. + Implement. Service Reliability Engineering.

Fix softwareproblems from the development phase through the production phase, whichrequires being on call for production support. + Telecommutingpermitted 2-3 days per week. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years of IT experience.
In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and 1 year of IT experience. Must have work experience with: + UsingAWS services including Lambda (serverless compute), Cloud. Watch (monitoring andobservability), S3 (object storage), and DynamoDB (NoSQL database) to developscalable, secure, and high-performing solutions; + Providingend-to-end production support by resolving critical issues efficiently,optimizing system performance, and ensuring minimal downtime for businessoperations; + Java/j2EEframework design; and + AWSConnect product, designing and implementing RES IVR Contact Flows and AWS Lexbots.
