Assistant Project Manager Mechanical (BOND Civil & Utility)

The Assistant Project Manager’s (APM) primary role is to provide overall administrative and technical direction for projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $50,000,000. Working in concert with superintendents, APMs manage all aspects of project delivery including estimating, cost management, budget forecasting and scheduling and contract negotiation.

APMs are responsible for leading a project’s construction phase and serve as the point person for daily interaction with the client. Assistant Project Managers manage a staff that could include superintendents, assistant superintendents, project engineers, and estimators
