You will advise clients on the direct tax aspects of transactions, working on a variety of exciting and international assignments, including: Carve-out and acquisition structuring Due diligence Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.) Tax modelling Our clients include Belgian and international Private Equity players, as well as large corporate accounts.
