Shift Lead/Server (Management Development Track)

At Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar, we believe great leaders are built from the floor up. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, leads by example, and is ready to grow into restaurant management. This role is designed for a strong server or hospitality leader who wants to take the next step in their career through hands-on leadership development, mentorship, and management training — while still having opportunities to work serving shifts.
