Safety and Compliance Specialist

The Safety and Compliance Specialist role is accountable for administering and maintaining safety processes and protocols, as well as ensuring compliance with all governmental safety rules and regulations. This position supports multiple departments including warehouse, operations, recruiting and TLI’s professional Driver force to maintain a safe, healthy, and efficient work environment.

This leader is responsible for conducting driver and warehouse safety training, managing key in-cab technology, analytics, safety reports and business metrics within the Safety department.
