Key Responsibilities
· Supervises maintenance in accordance with plant policies and procedures · Promotes safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency · Improves equipment reliability through the use of Predictive/Preventative Techniques · Responsible for installation of new equipment and/or overhaul of current equipment · Works with outside vendors and contractors in scheduling audits, and inspections · Conducts employees’ transfers, disciplinary actions, evaluations, and training · Follows all proper protocol when issuing POs and requisition forms in Chase · Meet budgetary goals while maintaining plant equipment and appearance to the highest standard · Assists in other departments as needed · Promotes and assists in professional and personal growth of all plant employees
