The Credit Controller is responsible for leading the day-to-day credit control activities of the business, ensuring the timely collection of customer payments, effective management of customer accounts, and maintenance of accurate accounts receivable records. This role supports cash flow performance through proactive debt collection, cash allocation, credit risk management, and customer query resolution.
