About the role
We are hiring an e. Discovery Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end electronic discovery lifecycle for complex litigation matters. Reporting to the Director of Litigation Support, you will serve as the primary operational lead for all e. Discovery projects — managing vendors, directing case teams, controlling costs, and ensuring defensible processes from collection through production.
Key responsibilities
collection, processing, review, analytics, and production Serve as the primary client and attorney-facing contact for all e. Discovery matters Scope, plan, and execute e. Discovery projects; develop timelines, budgets, and workflow documentation Coordinate with outside vendors, collection specialists, and forensic consultants Configure and manage review workflows in Relativity including Active Learning and analytics tools Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide regular status reporting to case teams Identify and resolve processing, review, and production issues quickly and effectively Provide training and guidance to attorneys and paralegals on e.
Discovery platforms and processes Stay current on FRCP amendments, case law, and industry best practices around ESI management Requirements 5+ years of e. Discovery experience in a law firm, legal services company, or in-house legal department Hands-on proficiency with Relativity; experience with Everlaw or Nuix a plus Deep working knowledge of the EDRM, including data collection, Early Case Assessment, analytics, and production Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously under tight deadlines Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail for attorney audiences and vice versa Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience Nice to have RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) or CEDS certification PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Experience with litigation matters in energy, IP, or financial services sectors Familiarity with legal hold tools (Exterro, Zapproved)
