What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs Recommend factory maintenance and additional services based on vehicle inspections Prepare repair orders and schedule service appointments Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and vehicle updates Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient repairs Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Assist with warranty repairs and rental vehicle arrangements when needed Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and positive reviews What We're Looking For Automotive Service Advisor experience required Dealership experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong sales and upselling ability Organized with excellent multitasking skills Experience using dealership management systems is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a good driving record Compensation & Benefits $5,000-$7,000 per month 100% Commission Pay Plan Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Stable, full-time position 5-day work week Rotating Saturdays Closed Sundays Why Rich Ford Edgewood?
