The associate will assist in the end-to-end coordination of workforce programs, from participant mobilization and registration to placement tracking and impact reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the identification, mapping, and engagement of employers, training providers, and key ecosystem stakeholders. Assist in planning and executing job readiness training, internships, mentorship sessions, and placement activities. Maintain up-to-date partner and employer databases; track meetings, commitments, and follow-up actions.

Coordinate logistics for participant mobilization, program registration, and onboarding processes. Monitor and document participant outcomes, including job placements, internships, referrals, and enterprise development indicators.
