The Director of Community Engagement serves as the primary external-facing representative of the ICL Hub, responsible for building and strengthening community relationships, coordinating cultural and community events, and advancing ICL’s visibility within the local community. The role leads community outreach, partnership development, and referral-building efforts to deepen community ties and support integrated services across ICL programs.

The Director works closely with Hub operations, program leadership, and external partners to create a welcoming, resource-rich environment for clients, staff, and neighborhood residents.
