S4110 Casino F&B Asst. Manager

Responsible for requisitioning, receiving and storage of liquor, wine, beer, and other bar supplies; supervising and training of Bar Department staff, assuring compliance to all IMGR&C policies and procedures. Supervises all basic bar financial controls, revenue controls, correct POS data entry and closing, pouring and dispensing policies, cash and credit card handling procedures and the safety of all Bar Department inventories and assets.
