Main Requirements: Get things done while maintaining our standards of excellence Own delegated tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team accountability Maintain efficiency across all daily business functions Track advisor performance metrics and business data to support firm growth and decision-making Coordinate prospect and client scheduling Serve as a behind-the-scenes anchor to ensure everyone on the team can operate at their best
