  • 10+ Years Top 3 Skills Required:
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Enterprise Applications, and IT Operations.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid).
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, risk management, and end-to-end project delivery. Top 3 Skills Preferred:
  • PMP certification (required); ITIL, PRINCE2, or CISSP certifications are an asset.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within regulated or utility environments. Educational Qualifications:
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) required.
  • ITIL, PRINCE2, or CISSP certifications are considered an asset. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and Security-related projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent projects; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and quality management frameworks.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status updates.
  • Support change management and ensure smooth transition of project deliverables into operations.
