Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and implement software solutions at client sites Integrate barcode scanners and label printers with software systems Provide on-site user training Troubleshoot software and hardware issues Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution Ensure a smooth project go-live and client satisfaction Provide post-implementation support Technical Skills Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL Understanding of software installation & configuration Experience handling barcode scanners and printers Basic knowledge of Windows OS and network configuration (IP, LAN) Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman preferred) Willing to travel frequently to client locations After office hours support is based on client needs
