Job description
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in strengthening Children’s Aid’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making by developing financial models, analytical tools, and reporting systems that support organizational sustainability and operational effectiveness. Working closely with Finance, Program leadership, and cross-functional teams, this position provides actionable financial insights that inform resource allocation, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
