Job description
The Supervisor II will oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on the Unaccompanied Housing Contract in Guam. This role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient service call response, and implementing a robust preventive maintenance program.
The Supervisor II will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and by contract requirements.
