Track 1: Investment & Capital Markets Ideal for: Individuals passionate about finance, investing, and capital markets. Track 2: Operating Businesses Ideal for: Individuals interested in building, managing, and scaling high-performing businesses. Potential Rotations Operations Human Resources Marketing Sales & Business Development What You'll Gain Build practical experience in business operations, customer engagement, people management, and commercial execution while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Track 3: Corporate & Strategy Ideal for: Individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges and shaping organisational growth. Potential Rotations Group Strategy Finance Risk & Compliance Technology & Product Management What You'll Gain Contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, digital transformation, governance, financial planning, and innovation projects that influence the organisation's long-term direction.

Requirements
Who We're Looking For You may be the right fit if you: Have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent. Have completed NYSC. Have no more than two years of post-graduate work experience. Demonstrate exceptional academic achievement or leadership potential. Are passionate about solving business problems.
