Your responsibilities
Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, or other types) safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, storing, and moving goods and pallets. Receive and dispatch goods, ensuring all deliveries match transport and shipping documentation. Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities in incoming or outgoing shipments.
Prepare customer orders through picking, packing, and labeling activities, ensuring accuracy and quality standards. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and optimal use of storage space. Comply with all health, safety, and operational procedures. Support inventory control activities, including stock counts and periodic inventories.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient material flow. You must have: Valid Forklift Operator Certification/License (mandatory). Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment Knowledge of warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Strong commitment to Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices. Ability to handle physical tasks in a warehouse environment. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Teamwork and strong collaboration skills. Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Experience supporting inventory management and stock control activities.
