Job description
An established real estate platform is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver refurbishment and Cap. Ex projects across its European portfolio. This is a hands-on role, managing projects end-to-end within live hotel environments, ensuring minimal disruption to guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will play a key role in transforming assets —leading delivery from concept through to completion while balancing operational, commercial, and brand priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle project delivery (planning → procurement → execution → handover) Manage refurbishment works in operational hotels, safeguarding guest experience Own project programmes, budgets, and timelines Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers Oversee tendering and procurement to achieve best value Monitor site progress and proactively manage risks and issues Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Requirements: Strong experience (10+ years) delivering refurbishment or Cap.
