Job Description Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Sourcing team for 6 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, market analysis, and tender support within an international and fast-paced industrial environment. Job Description What will you do: As part of the Sourcing team, you will be involved in the following activities: Supplier Intelligence & Data Integration Support the integration of key suppliers into PowerBI dashboards to map global market players.
Ensure regular updates aligned with industry and market trends to maintain data accuracy. Supplier Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth research on potential global suppliers for external equipment based on project-specific needs. Benchmark supplier capabilities and assess alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
Tender Support & RFQ Management Actively participate in the tendering process in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Tendering, etc.) Assist in the preparation and submission of Requests for Quotation (RFQs). Track RFQ responses, follow up with suppliers, and ensure adherence to tender timelines. Tender Monitoring Update and maintain project tracking tools to provide clear visibility on sourcing progress and deadlines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and complete tender submissions. What will you bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain or any related field. Fresh graduate or some experience in related field. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Excel/Smartsheet and familiar with data tools (e.
g., Power BI). Proficient in dealing with and using AI tools . Data analysis, Sourcing, understanding of market trends and analysis, presentations Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English.
