Injection Blow Moulding & Blow Moulding Supervisor

Hiring: Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding & Blow Moulding Supervisor We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding & Blow Moulding Supervisor to manage day-to-day production operations in a plastic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and achieve daily production targets. Supervise Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding, and Blow Moulding operations. Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and production efficiency. Ensure product quality by minimizing defects such as flash, short shots, warpage, and sink marks. Supervise mould changing, mould setting, and trial runs.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and machine uptime. Lead and manage operators, technicians, and helpers. Train team members on SOPs, safety practices, and 5S. Maintain production records, downtime reports, and rejection reports. Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards are followed.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding, or Blow Moulding operations. Strong knowledge of moulding machines, mould setting, process parameters, polymers, and quality control. Experience in handling production teams and shop floor operations. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Plastic Processing or Injection Moulding will be an added advantage.
