What You’ll Get Pay : $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience Performance based bonus opportunities Annual earning potential of $70,000 to $100,000+ Additional earning opportunities through on call and weekend service Company vehicle and fuel support Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a 3% company match Paid time off Steady, year round service calls Why Techs Choose This Role Consistent demand means dependable work throughout the year Use professional equipment including hydro jetters, drain cleaning machines, and sewer cameras Build your career by expanding into sewer repair, excavation, and advanced plumbing services Work alongside experienced leaders who value teamwork and professional development Enjoy the resources of an established company while maintaining independence in the field What You’ll Do Diagnose and resolve sewer and drain line blockages Operate drain cleaning equipment, augers, hydro jetting systems, and sewer cameras Perform sewer camera inspections to identify line conditions and service needs Educate customers on recommended repair and service options Accurately complete service documentation Keep your company vehicle organized and ready for daily service calls Participate in scheduled on call and weekend rotations Assist with plumbing services, sewer repairs, and excavation projects as needed Travel to residential and light commercial job sites throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the surrounding service area What You Need At least 3 years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, or plumbing Hands-on experience with drain cleaning machines and sewer cameras Hands-on experience with hydro jetting equipment is preferred Valid driver's license Ability to work independently while delivering professional customer service Ability to lift equipment and perform work in residential and light commercial environments Hiring Process Apply today Complete a quick phone screening Interview with the team Get started Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
