Asset & Wealth Management Operations -Corporate Loan Management - Dallas-Associate

The Asset & Wealth Management Corporate Loan Management team supports the corporate action lifecycle events on loans where GS is acting as a lender and/or as a borrower. The team supports various internal stakeholders across the firm transacting in loans and handles sensitive material nonpublic information for these stakeholders.

They are responsible for sourcing corporate action event information, disseminating to the impacted stakeholders and submitting the desks decision to the Agent/Company. They are also responsible for tracking Covenant requirements throughout the investment lifecycle. The Corporate Loan Management team is a fast paced, client centric environment where team members have to continually adapt to changes in the business, markets and regulatory environment.
