Clinical Therapist - Outpatient Adults

Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist who provides direct care and therapeutic services to clients with behavioral illness and adjustment challenges. Delivers individual, group, and family therapy, conducts diagnostic assessments, and offers community-based and group rehabilitative services. Ensures clients receive appropriate linkage, advocacy, and support.

All services must align with regulations and be reflected in each client’s Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
